Add .Net core project #44

Hi I was i the need of a GelfHttpAppender for .Net core so I forked your repo and added a project.json and xproj. Also needed to update som api calls for example in the Udp client. Both solutions seem to build. Allthough I have only tested the HttpClient.

Thanks!! :) I was planning to start this weekend....So I'll tested this weekend and push a new package!

I'm having some issues with the UnitTests, I'll try to fix them during the week, and I'll check also this issue #43 I decided to create a portable library (csproj) instead of the xproj but we will have gelf4net for dotnetcore soon :)

Hi, I had to do a lot of refactoring creating new projects for all the packages and the samples project....

Anyway we have Gelf4Net working with dotnetcore yay!!!!
