XMPP server list URLs should be updated #11

The scanner is using the URLs http://xmpp.org/services/services.xml and/or 
http://xmpp.org/services/services-full.xml to retrieve a list of XMPP servers 
to scan. These lists are obsolete and may disappear in the future.

The new URL of the concise list is http://xmpp.net/services.xml. The new URL 
for the full-service list is found at http://xmpp.net/server-vcards.xml but it 
is using a different format (vCard4 XML) than the old one.

The changes were made by Peter St. Andre and announced in the XMPP operators 
mailing list on January 26, 2012

I'm planing to add support too to the alternative list at 
https://list.jabber.at/ wich uses the old format from xmpp.org
