Renewal management UI - "Invoice paid" step #61

An "Invoice paid" step is missing in the "Invoiced" tab. That step would pass the renewal to a new "Invoice paid" tab.

Done. In the meantime I've noticed that the "Send last reminder" function sends the emails but throws an error before updating the "grace_period" field. Not sure if the last changes have caused this.
