The job handling is now done in two steps:

Create the job submission:

CS5242Project/src $ python ./create_job_sub
# job submission file get created in CS5242Project/job_submissions

Then submit the job:

CS5242Project/src $ cd ..
CS5242Project $ qsub ./job_submissions/the_job_sub_some_timestamp.pbs
