Improving results for evaluation + script to exports results #28

Main changes:

old models removed
script to export results (except serialized models) written
improving final csv for evaluation on all the models
removing pre-processing and verbose from jobs because it was not used
renaming folders to meet with the actual structure and what they mean
extracting data for final prediction
correcting problem with class weighting
