Override Rundeck server UUID by RUNDECK_SERVER_UUID env var if present

I used the same var name as in the official docker image.

I need this because SCM conf is saved in the DB using the rundeck UUID, whenever I recreate the container, it generates a new one and doesn't find the SCM conf.
