imperial units #1

hello, I just want to say that this is a great app. it's simple and straight to the point. my only issue is that there's no choice between metric and imperial units. if that could be implemented I and many others would appreciate it. thanks!

I have planned implement imperail units with Android 14 regional preferences, but yeah i can do it
