Need to patch identify when installing preloader back. #19

1) have a wii on 4.1 with no IOS70 installed.
2) have priiloader installed
3) use dop-mii to install 4.2

it will back up priiloader, install IOS70, install the system menu, then
restore priiloader.  it never bothered to patch the system menu IOS so
priiloader will work.

I think you mean preloader, not priiloader.  Daco changed priiloader so it only 
needs diverify if you use an 
ios for sys.menu different from default.

Also I have to retest but I don't think the ES_Identify patch works with IOS70 
or the
patch location is different than prior IOS versions.

when you install IOS70 normally in this program, it allows you to patch it with 
all 3
patches.  when you install the IOS70 while installing system menu 4.2 it doesnt 
give
you the chance to patch it.
