Include support for IOS236 in the titles list and in the TBR prompt. #50

The title says it all. Most people are now installing the IOS236 (patched IOS36
v3351 instaled to the slot 236) instead of modifying the original IOS36 to
install any other type of content on the NAND. If you're planning to implement
the use of the AHBPROT flag on the original DOP-Mii, it's definitely a good
idea (no need to modify ANY other existent IOS and just having one patched on
the console for other purposes).

Dr. Clipper compiled an "IOS236 Installer" using code from the TBR and other
apps, with AHBPROT enabled. I think it would be quite a good example if you
want to add this functionality. The source code is of course available on his
page (http://gwht.wikidot.com/ios236).

Regarding the information on the titles list, the IOS236 isn't included and
just appears as an "unknown IOS". Well, nothing less to say.

I'm working in a better app than IOS236 Installer from Dr. Clipper (doing the
same)

Dop-Mii is quite slow ^^"
I have already propose to use slot236 many month ago !!

You can propose to use any slot you want and that doesn't mean it should be
included in DOP-Mii.

There are several other users which have done that same thing (installed
patched IOS36 v3351 in another slot). I have done that myself on IOS205 since
like 6 months ago.

It would be impossible, and definitely a bad idea to include IOS236 in DOP-Mii
just because SOME users are installing IOS36 there. It is not even a custom
IOS.

However, it is indeed a good idea to have a patched IOS36 v3351 installed in
another slot, whatever that slot is, for the uses you mention. Nobody needs a
half-baked IOS236 installer to achieve that, DOP-Mii does that pretty well.

I really have no interest in doing this myself. If you want it done, submit a
patch.
