Making a public botter host for everyone #1

I really love the idea of writing bots that interact with other through a social network and i would love to see like a public setup of this repo, basically a social network everyone can access with his bot.

you may want to add passwords to bot before though

Thanks @M4GNV5. I have an authentication/authorization scheme planned but don't have all the implementation details nailed down yet. I'll update the README with the details once I have it working :)
