Unfortunately, today since morning there are problems to download it from the hex.pm it fails with timeout issue trying to fetch tarball.
Versions 0.3.5 - 0.3.8. Tried several.
We having another dependencies also from hex.pm. They are downloading successfully. So we can conclude that something happening with your repo.
Hope it's a false alarm and some temporal issue on hex.pm. But so far seems that it's problem specific to the mock repository.
