Colab Code Formatting #126

The formatting has been amended such that the code is in blocks (particularly the first block which formerly appeared on the same line rather than three lines and the last block which got mangled when rendered by rst). The blocks were incorporated by the appropriate use of double colons and inspected using the docutils package to create the html file from the rst file. (The html file was removed to stop it being pushed to github).

Also, there I have included an internal link from the sentence at the beginning of the introduction,

"The software can also be used in Google Colabs - see details below."

all the way down to the bottom.

I cherry-picked 32f6509b20f9373f28e7177594dbac7274086a48 into the master branch as it held the only changed needed. Thanks for the contribution and seeing this though @Darren01.
