NMRView read/convert? #83

Any chance there's code forthcoming to read and convert nmrview-format files? As I understand it, the binary format is the same, though the header differs. File format: http://docs.nmrfx.org/processor/files/fformat

Such an addition would be welcome in nmrglue but I have no expectation to add it myself in the near future.
