Added "crypto" and "paypal" to currencies.

After receiving a few spams with paypal and crypto mentions... I imagine this could be useful.

thank you, that is indeed good to have.

if the following is the issue, i think it was actually missed because it didnt have make/earn/profit/etc because it seems to have the "$" keyword and 2 different telegram keywords image
