Add greenland mass balance #30

Data from PROMICE are here (from 1840 through next week!)

A recommended wget command is: wget -r -e robots=off -nH --cut-dirs=3 --content-disposition "https://dataverse.geus.dk/api/datasets/:persistentId/dirindex?persistentId=doi:10.22008/FK2/OHI23Z"

However, this is a link to the four files, which opens a page in which it looks like there are files, but in fact each one points to an API call from... e.g.

I don't know if these resolve to the latest file or a particular version of the file (it's updated daily).
