Your project looks really good so far, cool data scrapping and nice data analysis, but still need to add a modeling section with at least a basic linear or logistic regression models and make some predictions. Then you can just conclude with further explanations to justify what you did with the data and what you learned from it. I think you already took this project a step further by enriching the data with multiple datasets and scrapping climate data. Also, every question the project seeks to answer are very interesting. If you want to keep working on this project you could make a public API endpoint to predict, for example, sales with custom data given by the user.
