Feature/generate league data upfront #71

Exactly as it's name implies here is a proposal to generate the league data up front. I have already done a bit of work ahead in order to understand if this data schema will suit us for the league standing page (#64) and I think it will. Having said that, I think this is just one of many possible ways to set ourselves up for that so I am totally open to suggestions here!
