Just as the linked issue describes this brings the other sub-pages into the fold. This fixes things like

Spacing
Sub Page titles
Adding the header to every sub page
Linking back to home page from header

Resolves #91

Closing as this work is being split into #113 (to take care of the simpler cosmetic things) and #114 to address some of the wonkiness introduced when we started calling getPages from the top layout.
