Snake collisions #60

Add collisions against other snakes and against the wall

Snake collisions have been mostly implemented but as Dylan noted there will need to be an implementation for when two players move to a tile on the same frame. Almost there though! After this the game will be playable.

@jjm7HWU @df33df that is brilliant work guys, I am sure we will get it fixed by next week.

We should brainstorm what possible solutions we should come up with :)
