Issue: I speak Dutch and would like this plugin to transcribe my Dutch recordings. Based on my understanding, Deepgram supports Dutch through their API. However, I am unable to select Dutch as a language when starting a recording.

The same problem for Polish language. Please make it work :)

Same problem with Czech. Even if language is supported by Deepgram. Please add this language.

I've encountered the same issue with Chinese as well, please make some updates.
