How to install 'echo.something'? #109

Sorry, I am a newbie here. I stuck at the first and second step to install the ZBX-WINDOWS-ENVMON template. I am using a Zabbix Hyper-V appliance for studying. But don't know how to install 'echo.something' into that 'externalscripts' folder.
