Template ZBX-CISCO-ENVMON has duplicate "hostname changed" trigger

There are two triggers with the same definition, one named

Hostname was changed

And the other named

{HOST.NAME} was changed

What I did was to remove the first one above, and then rename the second to:

 Hostname changed to {HOST.NAME}
