Okay, in my latest push to cicd, I've cleaned up the XML file to use a reduced witness set (< 40 witnesses) that includes a UBS witness to serve as the outgroup in the stemmata we generate for the paper. I'll merge these changes into main once we get the rest of the system tests working.
