What service (Calendar, Docs, Picasa) should be enhanced?

What is the enhancement?

The timestamp can be set on a photo in gdata, but googlecl doesn't support 
this. This is useful for movies where there is no embedded date, but the 
timestamp is available from the file metadata or via the command line.
