Allow github-codeowners who a.js b.js, identical to github-codeowners who a.js; github-codeowners who b.js but more convenient.

Thanks for the submission! I reworked the code to provide an easier / more controllable interface and reapplied these changes on there in https://github.com/jjmschofield/github-codeowners/pull/52
