Documentation links in metacpan are broken

Example 1:

• Go to https://metacpan.org/search?q=DBIx-Class-Migration
• The following links are broken:
  • DBIx-Class-Migration-0.075
  • DBIx::Class::Migration::FAQ - Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
  • DBIx::Class::Migration::Types - Custom Type::Tiny Types
  • DBIx::Class::Migration::Script

Example 2:

• Go to https://metacpan.org/pod/DBIx::Class::Migration::Tutorial#STEP-1:-Setup-Project-Files
• All of the links to the steps of the tutorial are broken, e.g.
  • DBIx::Class::Migration::Tutorial::Setup

I think the reason for this is those particular pod files are not in 02packages.

There are similar issues for other modules on cpan, see here and here.

Could all the documentation modules be added to 02packages?
