Update DLL #22

from the newly updated build

I have no idea if this actually fixes anything. I just keep getting world loading errors and I assume that this fixes it.

If I remember, there was a change to ReadWriteCopiedMainData. I'm not sure specifically though.

John updated the repo, so this PR is no longer needed anymore
