Jesse Jones's ability is not activated!!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i cant draw another's hand card as my first card by Jesse Jones character.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it should be Jesse Jones's ability to draw the first card from another's
hand card.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
kbang-0.1.3

Please provide any additional information below.

I've noticed this as well.

Same goes for Kit Carlson. He should be able to draw 3 cards from the deck and 
pick 
2 that he wants.

I've also not been able to use Pedro Ramirez' ability to draw his first card 
from 
the discard pile.

ok and just to keep spamming this thread:

jesse jones' ability DOES work, you have to click on the character card and 
then on 
the icon of the player from which you want to take the first card.
