gameplay bugs when Indians kill a player #58

Problem A)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sheriff plays Indiani!
2. (accidentally) a Vice is killed

What is the expected output?
nothing bad for Sheriff

What do you see instead?
Sheriff looses all his cards

Problem B)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. someone plays Indiani!
2. an Outlaw is killed

What is the expected output?
no reward for that player

What do you see instead?
the player get the three-cards-reward

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.1.3; Linux

The described problems are not problems actually and the described behaviour is 
the
right one. Please read Q35 in Bang 2.0 FAQ [1]:

Q35. Who is considered to be responsible of the elimination of a player with 
cards
like Indians! and Gatling?
A. Unlike the Dynamite, the player who played the Gatling or the Indians! is
considered to be responsible of the elimination of a player. All special 
actions due
to this elimination apply to him (for example, if he just killed an Outlaw this 
way,
he draws the 3 cards reward).
