Update BasicInfoWindow when giving psynergy bestowing items #491

Update BasicInfoWindow to show the correct char when giving psynergy-bestowing items. Right now the BasicInfoWindow only shows the char who is giving the item

current behavior: broken_giving_psynergy_item

expected behavior: giving_psynergy_item
