'stop_if' argument not supported #5

Network3 currently supports the 'stop_if=>condition' argument in simulate(). 
This causes the simulator to stop as soon as "condition"==true. This is very 
useful for, e.g., cell cycle simulations, and is the first step towards 
supporting triggers and events in BNG. It would be good to support this in 
NFsim as well.

A related argument is "print_on_stop=>0/1", which specifies whether or not the 
system state should be output if/when the stopping condition is met.
