Opening a pull request for us to track updates to auto_selfcal pertaining to getting the code working with mosaics and better with long baseline datasets. The psheehan/main repository will now store those changes along with any updates found as we broaden our testing over the next few months.
Note, this PR should not be merged until we are satisfied with testing, and also until @r-xue is done with this pull request: https://github.com/r-xue/auto_selfcal/pull/2 so as to not mix up the current release with the updates for the fall.
@jjtobin - I'm 99% certain I pulled in all of the updates you made in your main properly, but with the selfcal loop being moved to a new file, we'll want to check anything that was changed in those loops extra carefully.
