Run simulations to compare with MAGICC and FAIR

Want to run simulations to compare with SSP warming ranges published in IPCC by FaIR and MAGICC.

• [ ] Run simulations (e.g., 10,000 member ensemble for each SSP scenario)
• [x] Weight runs with gmst, co2, and ocean carbon uptake.
• [x] normalize global_tas to 1995-2014 reference period
• [x] compute metrics for three different periods: 2021:2040, 2041:2060, 2081:2100

Visualize and extract data:

• [ ] If time visualize the data
• [ ] Document the median (5-95) range and recreate IPCC table.

How do changes is scoring impact global_tas values produced?

Need to figure out the best way to apply weights to the central, low, and high value calculations.

Couple possibilities:

1. compute weighted temperature values, then take the mean.
2. use a package like spatstat to compute weighted.quantile.
3. Can also compare to see if the result is the same. [ ]
