Updating the organization of package data. Do we want the historical data used to build criterion available as external package data? would need to change points where it is accessed to matilda::data.
I think the best thing to do here is to have a pre-processing script for each historic data set, with use_data at the end of each script rather than in a separate script.
All tasks to improve data workflow:
[ ] Store all the .csv folder
[ ] Name all processing files as: "data_historic_co2_concentrations.R" or "data_historical_gmst_normalized.R" etc.
[ ] Make all data available -- usethis::use_data() at the end of each pre-processing script.
