feat: edit contests #2059

This was a surprisingly tricky one. Thoughts on how to let contest creators edit contests:

Questions:

  1. If they click outside of the popup, can we cache their edits as drafts in case they return to edit?
  2. Do we want a scroll bar?
  3. What do we think of letting them edit subtitle and description at once, and could this be helpful design to consolidate the create contest flow longterm to fewer and more easily editable screens?
