wizard fireball/icestorm don't do enough damage #1375

related to issue #1374... there's no reason to use either of these spells when bonfire does the same job better for 3 mana. [Reported by Wirednuke]

duration of the spell effect seems too fast, and "confused by fire", or "slip on ice" should apply. it seems that half of fireball kills don't even burn the bodies.
