This will properly set the HOMEPATH environment variable in Windows.

This still needs to be repackaged, I will upload an 1.3.1 as soon as possible.

Inno Setup complains that %HOMEPATH% is not a valid variable name, but %HOMEPATH is . Maybe a bug in inno setup ?
