Change inline hints in Solarized Dark

• Changed background for all "selected" hints to be similar to the normal hints
• Changed highlighted selection for inline hints to use base0 color
• Changed current selection for inline hints to use violet color

Changes are based on the conversation in #170 (Option 2)
