Extend file save format to remember base pattern #83

Currently a pattern can only be saved as its JML version. The save format should be extended so that the contents of Pattern View are recreated exactly after a save/load.

Functionality has been added and committed to master branch. This involved adding a <basepattern> tag to JML and bumping the JML standard to version 2.
