I think it doesn't work because the order Keyboard menu bar has changed. Use all F1, F2, etc checkbox is now the last item on that menu.

click checkbox 1 of tab group 1 of window 1

I think this should be changed to:

click checkbox 4 of tab group 1 of window 1
