BYEASTER implemented? #429

The readme says:

byeaster : This is an extension to the RFC specification which the Python implementation provides. Not implemented in the JavaScript version.

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't it implemented since 2013? https://github.com/jakubroztocil/rrule/pull/25
