Synchronising fork with master, condensing output strings for nlp

• [x] Show short repeats - I've done this using a new options object to encapsulate the changes, so this just effects the toText() function, leaving original/existing functionality intact

  • [x] REPEATS WEEKLY

  • [x] REPEATS YEARLY
• [x] Condense longer strings down to just REPEATS
