Change prefix implementation #122

Find a way to implement prefix change with bot mention, without override bot talk. It also seems that the bot it's not detecting changed prefix for macros.

For example, if you change the prefix to "lol", you won't be able to use a macro, but if the prefix to "e", it will work.
