Updated the script so it works again. #1

Added Stanford username as a command-line arg, so that users don't have to modify the script in order to use it.

Updated the README to list mimms as a dependency.

This script is super useful, thanks @jkeesh !

PS, I changed the tabs to spaces, so to see a clean diff use

"github.com/jkeesh/scpd-scraper/pull/1/files?w=1"

instead of

"github.com/jkeesh/scpd-scraper/pull/1/files"

(Github tries to break these urls :/ )
