Add bookmark operation doesn't automatically update the properties of an existing bookmark #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Save a new bookmark: http://www.google.com
2. Go to the main page, click on "Add Bookmark"
3. Enter the following in the "add bookmark" page (i.e., save the same URL
again)
  - URL: http://www.google.com
  - Tags: google searchengine
4. Click "save and continue". 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The returning page should show tags "google searchengine". Instead, the tag
entry is unchanged.
