[x] Integrate python script into component
[x] Generate espfs image
[x] Link object to resulting binary

This is mostly complete, I just have one outstanding issue. Heatshrink decompression does not work right. This could be a long trip down the rabbit hole!

Closing this. Opened #10 to address heatshrink issue.
