Error on startup - Githubissues

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. windows 7 32bit
2. java 6
3. htc magic

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? App will not load, 
get error "unable to load application"

Details:

code = 2 message = permission denied

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows 7 32bit latest
