The error message could be a little more informative:

Please re-enter child's Birth Year and Month

This should be deployed to production this week with an updated error message.

alexchippendale commented 4 years ago

This has been deployed to production when adding a new child with the updated error message. We are also working on activating it when editing an existing one.
