Can’t scroll down to submit survey question

Downloadable app, iPhone 8, iOS 14.3

When I answered “yes” to the change in income question, I got the expected menu where I could choose by how much (more than a quarter, more than half, etc). However, once this scroll bar appeared, it covered the “submit” button and I couldn’t scroll down to submit my answer to the question.
