5 years ago I just talked with Jude. She said it looks like the numbers are correct now. It sounds like there were two areas of confusion: (1) some people were coming up twice on the diners list, and she wanted to make sure they weren't double-charged. (2) it was unclear whether the number of diners before the summary was done (for planning purposes) was correct or not.

Here's what seems to be wrong:
David Sprowls, Judy Peterman, and Ted Wade all have 2 boxes. David appears to be charged twice. I don't know about Judy and Ted.
The report comes up with 48 diners instead of 38 but the $ are right for 38.
There are only 3 spaces for shoppers on the form and we had 4. I added Sandie's $ spent to mine so the accounting would come out right. She will be filing her reimbursement form for $27.66 separate from mine.
There were guests that I'm not sure showed up. They were Dan Gilman, Reva, Praveen, Scott Hall, and I think 2 others. They don't show up when I'm filing the report.

I'm about to submit my meal report from yesterday's meal but I see several glitches and I'm wondering whether to go ahead and submit. I counted 42 diners and the program is totally 48. Part of that may be that David Sprowls, Judy Peterman, and Ted Wade all have 2 boxes and even though I've only checked one, when I went back to edit, 2 boxes were checked, so I think they're getting double charged. I had a look at dinner last night and tried to figure out who was missing because we had an empty table so I'm thinking it totaled higher from the start. I also don't think it's totaling the cost per diner right because my math shows it to be higher. Should I go ahead and submit?
